The Strategic Shift: My Real-Life Glow Up
It's been a while! What's new?

Clocking in, PM Community!
18 months. That’s how long I’ve been in the trenches.
Unraveling.
Rebuilding.
Rebranding.
And, honestly, sometimes just trying to breathe through it all.
If you’ve seen me quiet online or bouncing between ideas too many times to count, it’s not because I no longer care about project management. It is the exact opposite actually.
It’s because I care deeply—about my work, my happiness, and the people I want to serve through project management.
What started as a professional identity crisis turned into a full-on transformation. Tears. Therapy. Letting go of roles and titles that looked great on paper but left me feeling invisible and undervalued.
I realized that being “the fixer,” “the operator,” “the one who figures it out” was a superpower… but only if I used it for myself as much as I was for everyone else.
Today, I am finally comfortable shedding what no longer fits.
Old ways of working.
Old definitions of success.
And ideas of how I should show up as a person and as a project manager.
I am building my own table, and every lesson I’ve learned is going into what comes next.
So, what’s new?
A more aligned, strategic, and honest brand—inside and out.
I’m here to give back to the project management community that shaped me, to empower people who don’t feel “seen” in traditional roles, and to create resources that are as real as the path it took to get here.
This isn’t just a new logo, newsletter, or website. This is my shift. THE PM SHIFT.
If you’re ready for real project management stories, actionable resources, and strategic alignment — a place where your story matters — stay tuned.
And if you’re in your own “messy middle,” know this: You are allowed to change, too.
Thank you for being here through the glow up.
Until next shift,
Tanesha
